Triple (US edition)

Triple

Triple is based on a true story about the Israelis stealing uranium to make a nuclear bomb. I didn't really know how the Israelis had gone about getting the uranium, but came up with an educated guess. Later I found out that the Israeli intelligence service, Mossad, was asking people where I had got my information from so maybe I guessed right!

I received these letters in October 2003, and thought you would enjoy them as much as I did ...

Two and a half months ago I picked "Pillars of the Earth" from my father's shelf and blasted right through it. My father's in the clergy and I've just returned from 3 years of living in the U.K., so it was such a thrill to read something I could really "feel". Since 'Pillars' I've read three more of your novels and loved each one equally.

Thanx for your detailed research and easy story reading. I've finished each book feeling richer and find myself searching for others who have read your stories.

Keep 'em coming please as I'm afraid I'll have finished them all by early next year!

Mr Follet,
I am originally Vietnamese, but I came to Canada for my education, and English is my second language, but I got to tell you that I like your novels a lot more than ever. At first, reading English was not that easy for me. I finished " Code to Zero " at the same time as taking a Mathematics degree, so it excites me a lot .Even though I am very busy with exams at this time I am still reading " A Place called Freedom ". I like the way you write!

Hello,I'm an Italian girl.(sorry for my English). I want to say that I like very much your stories (you are my best writer). I 've read them since 1998. I started with "A Dangerous Fortune", I intend to read they all (I lack 3 ones) and now I'm reading "Die Nadel"... Will he die?

And "The Pillars"is marvellous!

Today when I see on the TV images from Afghanistan it seems to me that I 've already been there with my imagination, with your"Lie down with Lions"... I 've met Afghan people in your descriptions. I know more about the Second World War through your works.

So I thank you...

Ciao!
